This Privacy Policy explains how Photo to PDF Editor is operated and how data is processed. The service is operated by Obzena LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Obzena LLC", "we", "us", or "our").

This Policy applies to our website tools (including Photo to PDF, PDF Sign, and PDF Compressor), any related blog pages, and any optional chat features available now or in the future.

2. What We Process

  • Tool files: images, PDFs, and signature text you choose to process in the tools.
  • Optional chat inputs: prompts or messages submitted through any chat assistant feature.
  • Basic technical data: minimal request metadata (such as standard web/server logs) generated by hosting infrastructure.

3. Local Processing and File Storage

Our web tools are designed to process your selected files directly in your browser whenever possible. We do not store your uploaded files, generated PDFs, or signature content on our servers.

4. Chat Features and OpenAI

If you use a chat feature, your chat input may be sent to OpenAI to generate a response. We send only the content needed to produce that response.

We do not save your chat messages on our own servers. OpenAI may process requests under its own terms and privacy practices. You can review OpenAI policies at openai.com/policies.

5. How We Use Data

  • To provide and run the requested PDF or image conversion features.
  • To operate optional chat responses (when chat is used).
  • To protect service reliability and prevent abuse.

6. Data Retention

We do not keep user files or chat content on our systems. Infrastructure providers may keep short-lived operational logs for security and uptime purposes.

7. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell personal data. Data may be processed by service providers strictly to deliver the service, including hosting providers and, when chat is used, OpenAI.

8. International Transfers

Service providers may process data in countries other than your own. By using the service, you understand and accept such transfers as necessary for operation.

9. Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards. However, no internet-based service can be guaranteed 100% secure.

10. Children's Privacy

The service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under applicable privacy laws. Because we do not maintain user file/chat storage, many requests are handled by design through non-retention. You may still contact us with any privacy question.
