These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Photo to PDF Editor. The service is operated by Obzena LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("Obzena LLC", "we", "us", or "our"). By using this website or related services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

Photo to PDF Editor provides browser-based document tools, including Photo to PDF conversion, PDF signing, and PDF compression, plus related content and links to our iOS app.

2. One Free Web Action

The web demo currently allows one free processing action per user/browser environment. Additional usage may be limited and may prompt you to continue in the iOS app. We may adjust usage limits at any time to protect service quality.

3. Optional Chat Features

If chat functionality is offered and you use it, your input may be sent to OpenAI to generate responses. We do not store your chat content on our own servers. OpenAI services are subject to OpenAI's own terms and policies.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
  • Upload or process content you do not have rights to use.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or overload the service.
  • Bypass usage controls or security protections.

5. Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, software logic, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Obzena LLC. We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to use the service in accordance with these Terms.

6. Third-Party Services

The service may rely on third-party technologies or link to third-party platforms, including Apple App Store and OpenAI. We are not responsible for third-party services, content, uptime, or policies.

7. No Warranty

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Obzena LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or business, arising from or related to your use of the service.

9. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Obzena LLC and its officers, members, and affiliates from claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses resulting from your misuse of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

10. Termination and Changes

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version with a new effective date.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Subject to applicable law, disputes will be resolved in courts of competent jurisdiction in Wyoming.
