By downloading, installing, or using Photo to PDF & Image Converter ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Photo to PDF & Image Converter is an iOS application that provides:

• Image format conversion between various formats
• PDF creation from images
• Image compression and resizing
• Other image processing tools

All processing occurs locally on your device.

3. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Use the App only for lawful purposes
• Not use the App to process copyrighted material without permission
• Not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App to process inappropriate or illegal content
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You retain all rights to your images. We do not claim any ownership over the content you process using our App.

6. In-App Purchases

The App offers in-app purchases for premium features:

• Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store
• Prices are displayed in the App and may vary by region
• All sales are final unless required by law
• Refunds are handled according to Apple's policies

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms, explains how we handle information. Key points:

• We don't collect or store your images
• All processing happens on your device
• We only collect anonymous usage analytics

8. Disclaimers

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Accuracy or reliability of results

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Loss of data or images
• Loss of profits
• Business interruption
• Device damage

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

11. Modifications to the App

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue the App at any time
• Change features or functionality
• Update pricing for premium features
• Release new versions

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to be valid and enforceable.

15. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the App, superseding any prior agreements.

We may revise these Terms at any time. By continuing to use the App after changes become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms.

17. Age Requirements

The App is suitable for all ages. However, if you are under 18, you should use the App under parental supervision, especially for in-app purchases.
